Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to request a quote. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation.

Quotes and Estimates

Any price discussed by phone, email or through this website before we see the job is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on site, based on the actual volume, weight, access conditions and labor required. You are not obligated to proceed, and no work begins until you approve the price.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property and the items to be removed, including parking, gate access and entry. Delays or conditions that prevent safe work may require rescheduling or affect pricing.

Items We Cannot Accept

We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, solvents, fuels, oils, chemicals, asbestos, biohazard or medical waste. If such materials are present, we may decline to remove them.

Ownership of Items

By requesting removal, you confirm that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed. Once removed, items become the property of Lance Junk Removal and may be recycled, donated or disposed of at our discretion. Please remove all valuables, documents and personal items you wish to keep before we arrive, or clearly identify them to our crew in advance.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements are agreed in advance.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 309-550-3897 as early as you can so we can adjust the schedule.

Limitation of Liability

We take care with your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for normal wear associated with removing large or heavy items through tight spaces.
